As University of Nebraska - Lincoln college students, it can be tough to figure out meals and keep costs low, especially when you're on a tight budget. Our goal was to find cheap and easy meals to make for any college student. We broke it down into five categories, with each category having simple and easy to follow instructions. "Broke Bites" has 50 different recipes across five categories that are both tasty and affordable. We made sure that each meal is under $10 and has multiple serving sizes to help students. Our categories include healthy meals, spicy meals, high-protein meals, vegetarian meals, and desserts. So, dive into cooking and baking while saving money and enjoying great food with "Broke Bites."

Why these categories?
These five categories we chose (protein, spicy, healthy, vegan, and deserts) have a little something for everyone. Some people need those protein gains while others focus on taste and others about what works for them. We wanted to be inclusive when it came to sharing recipes so everyone can enjoy.
