Instructions
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a medium saucepan over high heat, covered. When boiled pour in 1 cup of rice. When rice is done, stir in 1 teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of pepper. Add parmesan and 1 tablespoon of butter.
Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and garlic and cook, tossing until the shrimp are pink.

Remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons of water, lemon juice and parsley.
Mix shrimp and rice together and enjoy.
